Deposit Policy

DEPOSITS for any parties canceled less than 14 days before the date will not be refunded for any reason. We understand things beyond your control come up, which is why you may reschedule for a later date. The deposit will be honored for that later date, but no refund or gift card will be given for the deposit.


*Any additional children over the guest limit in your selected package will be charged $12.99 per child.

**Birthday child is considered a child in the package.

Please Note: We do not accept checks as a form of payment.


$75 Deposit is required to hold a reservation. (When booking a party, a deposit is charged at the time of reservation. If you cancel 14 days prior to your party date, your deposit will be refunded. However, if you cancel less than 14 days before your scheduled party, the deposit is forfeited. Deposits will not be transferred to Lobby Parties. You may reschedule your party due to weather or other emergencies within a 2-month time period. The deposit will be transferred in that incident.
